Opportunities for Conference Sponsors

Rotary District 5040 will be holding its conference in Whistler from May 4 to 7, 2017. We are expecting up to 300 attendees at the Conference.  It will be held at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. We are seeking partners in various areas including sponsorship. There are a number of corporate sponsorship package opportunities.

Rotary is an international service organization with over 1.2 million members and 34 thousand clubs world-wide made up of professionals and community leaders.  Our Rotary District 5040 includes 50 clubs from the Metro Vancouver, Sea to Sky Country, the Sunshine Coast, the Cariboo, Central and Northwestern B.C.  They are all very active both in their communities and around the world.

The conference is designed to bring members of the various Rotary clubs together to share ideas and opportunities.  

As well as workshop sessions, we have keynote speakers addressing topics such as how Rotary is fighting to eradicate Polio. We also stress the importance of youth as an asset to our communities.
